Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

JOB OBJECTIVES:

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong and efficient presence (i.e. meeting customer expectation)
- Grow local content in UAE with the support of operation directorate

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible of the yearly Order Intake and GMOI of the captures which include local content in UAE
- Develop the local content of offers with the support of operation directorate
- Lead sales activities transformation in the country driven by competitiveness and growth
- Upon the appointment of BL and Country directorates take the responsibility of Capture Leader. In that respect lead the capture team within matrix organization.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Possible evolution of the mission at Middle East level

Requirements

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Degree in business administration or a related field
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Proficiency in English
- Fluent in Arabic is a strong asset

- Ability to shape a compelling financial business opportunity from diverse and multi-country funding sources.
- Excellent Team and Matrix leadership skills that demonstrate the personal gravitas necessary to overcome barriers and resistance in a constructive manner.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills
- Strong business analysis and reporting capability
- Stakeholder management, complex international and multi-organization
