Job description / Role
Tilal Properties is looking for a motivated, well-organized Sales Manager who has experience selling plots/land in UAE with a deep understanding of UAE Real Estate market, prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
• Meet with qualified customer and close sales
• Present the value of the company and the product
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Own and hit/exceed sales target constantly
• Handle objections and conclude with prospects
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
• Minimum 3-years Real Estate experience in selling plots/land in UAE.
• Knowledge of Sharjah Real Estate Market is an advantage
• Must have strong interpersonal skills,
• Ability to achieve sales target and work independently, professional, organized, and presentable.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
• Demonstrable experience as sales manager, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid U.A.E driving license.
