Position Title: Sales Manager - MICE
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A 5 Star hospitality group based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created.
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.
• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks.
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and European nationals
• 30 to 40 years old
• At least 3 years of experience on sales - MICE (Meeting, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)
• Candidates must have experience from at least 4-star hotel or luxury hospitality brand
