About the Client:
A high-rise tower/hotel located in JBR.
Job Description:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships
• Oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and events to ensure a coordinated approach to achieving sales and business objectives
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Russian speaker
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management
• At least 5 years proven experience in sales management in hospitality industry
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and customer behaviour within the hospitality sector
