Our Client is one of the leaders in the perfumery and cosmetics industry and has been in the market for 24 years now. They have been pleasing customers with the best services, assortments, professional recommendations, and expert approach. They are opening up a line of new stores in the UAE and Qatar.
They are loved by clients and they are on “you” with the entire beauty industry. Their slogan is “Perfection in everything”.
Responsibilities:
• Managing of existing key accounts for own and exclusive brands in GCC retail chains
• Creating new accounts and searching for new clients in GCC
• Maintaining good business relationships with retail clients
• Maintaining sales KPI in the territory
Requirements:
Requirements:
• An accomplished sales manager who has extensive experience of managing, mentoring and fostering an incredible service-led sales culture in a busy environment, with a background in developing relationships with key customers to maximize every opportunity and develop growth within a business, experience in training and supervising sales staff while planning and implementing sales strategies over a multi-state territory. Experience in beauty industry is appreciated.
• Experience in sales to Carrefour, LULU, other supermarkets, pharmacies mandatory.
• Experience in B2B sales to LULU, Carrefour, Pharmacies and other food and grocery chains is a must
Reporting & Training:
• Direct report to GM in GCC
• Direct reporting to own and exclusive brands in HQ
• Successful candidate will have 1 week beauty brands training at HQ
