Guildhall Recruitment Agency is currently partnering with one of the UAE's premier Pre-Engineered Steel Building (PEB) companies, recognized for its ISO 9001:2015 certification in the design, manufacture, and erection of pre-engineered steel buildings, profile sheets, 'z' purlins, and other PEB accessories. Our clients’ comprehensive solutions cater to a diverse range of applications, including factories, warehouses, workshops, showrooms, multi-storied buildings, shopping malls, and other specialized steel structural works.

Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales efforts for the company's pre-engineered building products. This involves leading the sales team, formulating and executing sales strategies, and cultivating and sustaining relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exposure to improve sales in the assigned region: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance sales in the designated region.
- New inquiries and opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new inquiries and opportunities for business development.
- Fast-paced goal-oriented environment: Thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented work environment.
- Market trend analysis: Analyze regional market trends to discover and leverage new growth opportunities.
- Problem-solving and solution implementation: Address critical issues promptly, offering effective and efficient solutions.
- Key performance indicators: Measure and analyze key performance indicators to enhance sales strategies.
- Communication and organizational skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Reports and analyses: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual analyses and reports.
- Business goals and revenue targets: Achieve business goals and revenue targets through effective sales management.
- Sales and promotional strategies: Develop sales and promotional strategies by analyzing market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor strategies.
- Order execution and coordination: Plan and execute customer orders according to agreed deliver schedules, coordinating with production, purchase, dispatch, and engineering departments.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Pre-Engineered Steel Building industry.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- 8+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
