Employment: Full Time

Role Background
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager/Agent to join our team. As a fast growing Sourcing company with over twenty years successfully trading in Europe and North America we are focusing our attention on new growing markets.
We are seeing growing interest and huge opportunity in our proposition from a range of potential clients in Gulf region and need a driven sales agent to focus on building our footprint in this growing market.

As sourcing specialist we work with companies big and small to make their sourcing from Asia simple, safe and risk free. We have three business units focusing on

• Industrial Machinery and Engineered Components
• Consumable products such as furniture, luggage, BBQ and Pet Products
• QC Quality and Compliance reporting on the ground
• We are seeking a sales agent to build new clients with us in the Gulf region.
• Must have excellent contacts and track record of sale network creation
• Comfortable working remotely as part of a global team
• Be comfortable opening a new sales region from scratch
• Proactive, innovative and fast paced by nature
• KPI’s
• Delivering new client per month
• Reporting line and Structure
• Reporting directly to CEO
• Working as part of global sales team of 8
• Supported by Lead Generation team and Merchandising Function

Requirements

• Job Qualification
• Language: Good English essential

Relevant Experience & Knowledge:
• Must have considerable experience in International Trade or at least 10 years of experience working with major trading cooperation, with excellent contacts in buyers retailers wholesalers to the big chain stores, industrial sectors is a plus.
• Comfortable with working under pressure
• Dynamic and energetic
• Ability to provide comprehensive, written and oral reports
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from quote to close
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
