Sales Manager

Job description / Role

• This role is for you who is passionate, responsible, result oriented with demonstrative leadership qualities & would like to grow in the positions as the company grows
• We call you sales leader and below are the checklist of your qualities we would like to see
• 3-5 years of experience in UAE as technical sales with engineering background in Civil /Elect /Mech combined with on-site experience and driving license
• Ability to efficiently communicate, provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process; including right product selection according to requirement on site and budget.
• Maintaining existing client and creating good rapport with architecture, designers, contractors and consultants.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and serve as the site representative on behalf of the company products with our clients, contractors, consultants and designer’s.
• Ability to Coordinate, work unsupervised and solve problems.
• Be familiar with all necessary procedures in construction environment (contracts, agreements and programs etc.)
• Develop & implement strategic sales plan to achieve & expand market presence through market research about industry trends; and emerging technologies.
• Identify business opportunities, nurturing client’s relationship and showing technical expertise.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Company Maintained Car, Fuel, Salik, Health Insurance & Other benefits as per UAE Law

Requirements

• B.E. in Civil /Elect /Mech
• Proficient in English(Written + speaking) (Arabic is added advantage)
• UAE Driving License (Own car preferable)
• Construction experience 1-2 yrs. minimum.
• Presentable & Welcoming.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and language skills
