Employment: Full Time

As the Sales Manager for BFSI at Raqmiyat, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and promoting our portfolio of innovative solutions and services. Leveraging your industry knowledge, sales expertise, and strategic vision, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth in the BFSI segment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, including banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and other relevant entities.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in line with company objectives.

Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target BFSI organizations.
• Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points, and position [Company] as a trusted partner capable of delivering tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.

Solution Selling:
• Promote Company's portfolio of solutions and services to BFSI clients, including digital banking solutions, core banking systems, insurance technology, risk management solutions, and more.
• Collaborate with solution architects, consultants, and technical teams to craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Sales Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to drive individual and collective performance.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team, encouraging innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Market Intelligence:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape within the BFSI sector.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for expansion or differentiation.

AED 25,000 to 28,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Yearly bonus, Family Insurance & Tickets.


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the BFSI sector, preferably in a system integrator, technology solutions provider, or consultancy firm.
• Strong understanding of banking, financial services, and insurance industry dynamics, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and customer needs.
• Demonstrated experience in solution selling, with a deep understanding of technology solutions and services relevant to the BFSI sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
