Job description / Role
A Prominent Real Estate brokerage Company are looking for a Branch Manager/Sales Manager to work from their Head Office supporting and growing the team and their footprint on the villa market, whilst enjoying the benefits of an award winning medium sized company of 70 staff.
Duties:
- Oversee and manage a team of 15+ sales and leasing agents
- Lead by example and support team to ensure monthly targets are met
- Run weekly team meetings and keep the team in touch with MI and company guidelines / changes
- Conduct staff reviews and appraisals on a regular basis and report issues as needed
- Be involved in the recruitment and growth of the sales and leasing team
- Train and develop new staff inline with other managers/ departments
- Enhance the company’s reputation facilitating growth and best practice
- Develop opportunities and maintaining clients relationships
- Quality control and publishing of listings
- Contribute to marketing as required with advertising for your area in particular the villa segment of the market
- Work within a team of 7 senior managers and report directly to companies owners
- To handle arrangements and closure of own personal sales and clients
Requirements
- Full Clean UAE Drivers License and own car
- Minimum of 3 years Real Estate experience in Dubai as a Manager or Team Leader
- Strong verbal and written communication skills at all levels
- Be driven and bring innovation to complement existing management team
- Proven track record and respected names in the Dubai market place
