Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading distributor of a globally recognized brand which is looking to hire a Sales Manager to join the Dubai office. This role will work closely within the distributor network to grow the business and strengthen the brands presence in the region.
This is an exciting and challenging role to join a dynamic team and help grow the business through developing sales and marketing plans for assigned markets within the region. You will utilise your communication and negotiation skills to collaborate and effectively manage key partner relationships to drive revenue and brand presence. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and operations, negotiating contracts, establishing new distributor relationships in both retail and online trade channels, and forecasting sales performance.
You will communicate with senior management and key stakeholders and will be trusted with a high level of autonomy to manage planning and the P&L for assigned accounts/territories. This role would best suit a commercially minded sales professional who is highly organised, and possesses excellent communication skills and ability to forge strong client relationships.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you must hold a bachelors Degree in a related field, with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a similar role working with distributors for a multinational brand preferably within consumer goods and appliances. Due to the role requirements, previous experience in a similar role in the UAE is essential.
