Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Main Roles and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Role will be building sales, deliver brand promotions, provide customer service and has been developing client relationships
- Strives to build long-term client relationships that will lead to increased sales and profitability
- Identifying new target markets, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and current clients
- Responsible for developing, conceptualizing and strategizing long-term strategy for operations and ensuring consistent growth in sales revenues
- Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities, plus other relevant marketing initiatives
- Should be able to consistently achieve targets and ensure cost-effective operations with a focus on maximized ROI
- Suggest best-in-class business practices, new methods and initiatives that will help increase the sales teams productivity
- Asses and review, on an ongoing basis, results of all sales activities and ensure appropriate action is taken to resolve unsatisfactory conditions
- Role will require to manager P&L (Profit and Loss)
- Maintain knowledge and awareness of competitors and competitor pricing
- Evaluate, develop and execute targeted initiatives to help grow sales and overall support
- Managing a business with turnover equivalent to 120 MIL AED
- Managing distributors as the role is more of a country manager position
- Salary: 35-40k/month

Requirements

- Must have a bachelors degree or equivalent qualification
- Must be currently managing/dealing with distributors
- Must have management experience as the role will manage a sales team
- Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience
- Previous Key Account Management in UAE is a MUST!
- Have experience in managing sales budgets
- Must have UAE experience
- Arabic will be a plus but not essential
