Charterhouse is working in partnership with a leading company specializing in Energy and Water Savings solutions. Due to their remarkable growth, our client is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of driving sales and fostering client relationships. As the Sales Manager, primary responsibilities will involve generating sales and meeting targets, leveraging your network, and identifying new prospects. Utilizing networking skills and in-depth product knowledge, the Sales Manager will engage with key decision makers and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients to convert them to buyers.

The role will also involve overseeing installations and providing technical product expertise to clients, conducting site visits for feasibility checks when required as well as participating in trade shows to enhance brand visibility. Additionally, the role will be actively providing regular reports and data to key stakeholders.

Our client is looking to hire individuals who can cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and implement strategic sales initiatives while adhering to ethical business practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a degree in engineering, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B field sales, preferably in HVAC or Energy Efficiency Products. A qualification in Energy Efficiency will be considered a plus.

Our client is looking to hire candidates who have strong sales and storytelling skills to negotiate and close deals. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and meet sales targets consistently.
