Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a large Government entity with their office based in Sharjah, UAE.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working on account management, identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process, spotting market opportunities for new customers, attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads and act as a spokesperson for the organization at sales events and conferences.
You would be coordinating with the marketing and operations team to ensure that the exhibition is conforming to standards. You would prepare detailed event reports, including sales data worksheets, cost projections and other financial metrics. You would analyze and reconcile different exhibition details and consolidate the information into actionable plans.
Requirements
To be successful, you will have minimum of 5 years of experience in organizing and managing exhibitions with background in sales. You must have an excellent oral and written English communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in administration/Management or related field is an advantage. You must have strong negotiation skills with strong business acumen.
