Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an established European food & beverage company who is expanding into the region and looking to hire a Sales Manager to oversee sales in the UAE.
Your main responsibilities will be to introduce and represent the food & beverage products in the market, initially targeting key modern trade clients. You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new accounts.
The Sales Manager will need to establish and maintain long term relationships with client, increasing sales and margin growth.
Liaising with internal technical, operations and product development to insure alignment across sales and capabilities. You will create and execute business plans on an annual/quarterly/monthly basis for clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be an experienced Sales professional with an established network and proven track record in modern trade. This role requires a candidate who is independent, driven and charismatic.
Experience in food & beverage sales in modern trade is essential, experience in traditional trade will be of added value.
Fluent English with strong communication skills required, Arabic speaking would be an advantage but not essential.
