Job description / Role
A highly reputed Insurance Broker seeks to recruit Sales Managers to supervising and monitoring sales activities in Abu Dhabi area. The job consists on handling key accounts, appraoching new clients, exploring market opportunities and developing new business segments. It requires providing consultancy and advice related to insurance inquiries in addition to understanding market trends and patterns. Backed up by an expert management, the right candidates will have the full opportunity and support to grow fast, career and income wise, and reach their achievable targets.
Requirements
Minimum Experience of 7 years in a Senior Position. BA or BS degree with a preference to MBA holders. Candidates should have extensive sales expertise with a professional techical background. They should have exposure to corporate clients in addition to developing new portfolios and customers data base. Potential candidates should be pro-active, go-getters, result oriented, self-motivated, charismatic and inspirational.
