Sales Manager – Permanent – Home Based – UAE
An exciting opportunity has arisen, JATO are looking for a Sales Manager to help develop and manage local UAE Sales Operations within the market. You will be required to drive JATO business, solutions and services. UAE will be the focus initially, as you develop and grow within your role you will be responsible for expanding our Sales Operations to KSA and North Africa.
In addition to this, you will be required to expand current market share, delivering revenues through development of new market opportunities and renewing existing business.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with the Regional Manager (President MEA), preparing annual budget plans based on JATO and competitor performance, approving development plans and identifying market opportunities
You will have full financial responsibility for the Sales element of the market operations which is to be managed in accordance with the agreed budget plans
You will be responsible for planning, directing and controlling all sales activities in the market, ensuring at all times JATO’s approved data, solutions and services are actively being marketed and sold to a wide customer base
You will be required to increase client retention and value of current businesses whilst increasing sales and probability in line with the annual plan
In addition, investigate new market opportunities/options for additional revenue generation in line with the business strategy
It is highly beneficial if you come from an Automotive, Dealership, OEM or Manufacturing background and have worked within a Sales Management position.
Requirements
Skills & Experiences
Must have experience working within the UAE automotive market with a preference in having served in a German Car Importing Company in the UAE
Work experience within KSA market will also be considered an asset
Understanding of the local market and contacts with major regional OEM offices and local Distributors in the UAE and other GCC and ME countries (strongly preferred)
Strong self – motivation, real ability to work autonomously and highly committed to delivering outstanding results continuously
Demonstrate a track record of building operation plans and budgets that exceed stretching targets
Able to deliver consistent and predictable top and bottom-line results
Excellent English language and presentation skills
Knowledge of the Arabic language is essential
Natural networking instinct and talent
Very good IT skills
