Sales Manager - SaaS - Dubai $200k OTE (50/50)
Our client is a market leader in their field, working with enterprise companies in a wide variety of sectors. They are now looking for a successful individual to take them to the next level through driving results and the hiring of experienced people. This is a rare opportunity to work with an outstanding leadership team and thus, should not be missed.
• Be responsible for the growth, training and development of the sales team
• Carry a personal quota which you will be expected to exceed
• Sell directly to large enterprise brands across the GCC as well as managing channel partners
• Work closely with VP EMEA to continue to grow your team
• Negotiate with multiple contact points within a business to gain the trust and buy-in of CXO
AED 25,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Desired Skills and Experience
• Proven sales experience at C-Level selling direct with large enterprise customers
• Experience in selling SaaS
• Experience in managing a team
• Management experience in the GCC / UAE / Dubai
• An understanding of the skills and attributes it takes to be successful in a start-up environment
• A driven approach, determined for success
