Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose: Responsible for all business development & sales activities, acting as a mediator of information between the company and the external market environment.

Duties

Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Sourcing and qualifying leads, approaching and retaining client relationships and converting leads into business opportunities.
• Increase market share and maintain leadership through market penetration, attaining lead referrals from existing clients and regular updates from various sources i.e. identifying and developing new business across a variety of markets suitable to the company’s competency.

Relationship Management & Customer Follow up:
• To provide adequate sales support and customer service to existing clients as required.
• To maintain and further develop contacts to generate additional leads through various sources including but not limited to Architects /Consultants/Developers/Govt. Associations/ Business Chambers/Shop fitting industries/Coops/Super market owners and Business Heads etc.
• Establishing new alliances with industry related companies.
• Visiting trade fairs and developing contacts.
• To manage and record leads generated via Marketing/PR activities implemented by the company.

Market Intelligence:
• Competitive intelligence on new product introduction, project overview, future developments.
• Tracking information across the GCC on new projects (Govt. and Private) and building a comprehensive databank of analysis.

Business Analysis:
• Establishing monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Periodic Business Analysis with the General Manager and providing support on new product introduction / alignment strategies with the changing market demands and trends.

Feedback/Reporting and Corrective actions:
• To acquire customer specific feedback and developing reports of gathered data, especially new projects, competitors activities etc and share knowledge to management and team.
• Draft Management reporting formats and providing assistance in organizing special networking events as required.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in a business related field, male candidates with a valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant GCC experience.
• A stable sales career, preferably in the Shop fittings and/or Interiors sector. Target oriented and efficient with the ability to manage a team.
• German or Arabic speaking skills are advantageous.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Shopfitting Industry an advantage.

Salary negotiable depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
(Up to AED 20,000 gross per month + Medical Insurance and Air Ticket included per the norm.)
