Employment: Full Time

Sales Operations Manager - SQL Expert - 6 months Contract

• Develops and executes insightful recommendations on strategic direction and specific project opportunities that can move the needle in upselling digital ad solutions to travel partners.
• Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities. Implement creative ways to improve our client relationships and increase revenue by up-selling.
• Provide specialized support to account managers, advertisers and industry partners, including troubleshooting customer problems and developing solutions.
• Plan, design and track pilot initiatives and impacts.
• Train internal and external parties on industry best practices and product updates.
• Play an active role as an interface to our customers and stakeholders in the Travel industry domain. Increase effectiveness of tools by recognizing opportunities for development and proactively creating new systems and structures.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business (at least 4 years of relevant work experience)
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
• Ability to absorb complex technical concepts, and communicate them to a non-technical audience.
• Creative problem-solving and distinctive analytical skills. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA degree Knowledge of SQL and Data Analytics tools.
• Sales experience in the travel industry is a plus.
• Track record of success working on sales operation efficiency and transformation project
• Proven track record of entrepreneurial activity in creating and scaling projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to handle ambiguity, work collaboratively with internal and partner contacts.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
