Job opportunities for enthusiastic Sales Representatives

Sales Representatives will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Actively seeking and identifying potential leads through various means, such as cold outreach, email campaigns, social media engagement, and networking.
• Qualification: Assessing and qualifying leads by evaluating their interest, needs, budget, decision-making authority, and how well they fit the company's ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Initial Contact: Initiating and managing initial conversations or interactions with prospects to introduce the company's products or services, identify pain points, and determine potential interest.
• Appointment Setting: Arranging meetings, demos, or appointments for Sales Manager with qualified leads.
• Relationship Building: Building and nurturing relationships with potential customers, focusing on providing value, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Database Management: Maintaining accurate records of interactions, updating the CRM system with relevant lead information.
• Collaboration with Sales Manager: Working closely with sales managers to understand their target market, refine lead qualification criteria, and seamlessly transition qualified leads to the sales pipeline.
• By focusing on prospecting and initial engagement, Sales Representatives will aim to qualify and nurture leads until they are ready for deeper discussions with the Sales Manager, ultimately facilitating the conversion of leads into customers.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Ability to engage people, build rapport quickly and communicate persuasively
• Resilience and Persistence in pursuing leads without losing enthusiasm.
• Ability to understand the customer's needs .
• Time Management: Prioritizing tasks, managing leads efficiently.
• Ability to foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Work Experience in Hospitality will be an advantage.
