Following on from a strong 2023, marked by significant growth in their Dubai office, they are actively seeking an additional sales representative to join their dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Description

As a dynamic and motivated individual, you will play a key role in driving sales, expanding the customer base, and increasing revenue. Your robust business development approach and strong relationship-building skills will be crucial in achieving the growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and recommend opportunities/initiatives for revenue improvement.
- Collaborate with the existing sales structure to market and sell UK investments and migration services to a diverse clientele.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients, tailor solutions to their specific needs, and execute effective sales strategies.
- Oversee projects from inception to successful completion, building strong client relationships.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and own business clients, enhancing the revenue contribution.
- Assume responsibility for your sales pipeline, from prospecting to closure.
- Deliver compelling presentations on our services, highlighting the benefits of our products.
- Meet regular monthly sales targets and identify new opportunities
- Raise brand awareness through networking, lead generation, and market research.

Salary:
AED 13,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a service industry, ideally within people-oriented fields (e.g., Finance, insurance, property, immigration, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated prior success in business growth and market expansion
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- General knowledge of marketing to support sales activities.
- Strong work ethic and team player.
- Fluent in English, with experience of living & working in the UK
- Valid Dubai Driving License (Required) and access to your own transport (Expenses paid).
