We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective customer engagement and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring optimal terms and conditions for both the company and the customer.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth and competitive advantage.


- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate the value proposition of our products and services.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

AED 3,500 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
