We are into the distribution of Automobile spare parts of Hyundai & KIA – importing from Korea and exporting to middle east & Africa region
Job Description:
- Reporting - To Analyze, Review & Comment on sales performance (KPI info) as well as Market intelligence info.
- Strategic Planning
- Daily Order Processing
- Receive & Process orders from designated distributors
- W/H & Logistics Coordination – Ensure quick shipment of packed cases with strict adherence to L/T policy
- Distributor Meetings
- Attending meetings for across the table discussions
- Distributor Training - Analyze & Provide training against distributors request
- Region Sales Target Management
- Monitor target achievements & Execute actions to Improve
- Proactive After Sales Support to Distributors - Define measures to improve effectiveness of Distributors
- Lead Time & Service Rate Management
- Comply with L/T & S/R target policy of management - Issues troubleshooting - Resolve distributors critical issues & concerns
Requirements
- Nationality: South Korean
- Gender: Male
- Work Experience: 2 Years
- Age Range: 23 ~ 26 Years
- Certifications & Licences: Would be an added advantage
- Should have experience selling spare parts in Commercial Vehicle / General Automotive Industry.
- Should be young, passionate and determined to take on any challenges.
- Should have basic working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel & Power point.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours: 8 AM ~ 6 PM (SUN ~ THU) with one hour lunch break
- Vacations: 30 Days Annual Leave after the completion of 1 year
- Insurance: Medical Insurance provided
- Retirement Pension: Only End of Service settlement - gratuity as per UAE Law
- Board and Lodging: Included in the salary
- Flight ticket: once in 2 years
- Others: Bonus & quarterly incentive paid
