Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading FMCG company, is currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to develop the healthcare channel and manage key accounts of their refreshment product in Al Ain, and will be primarily managing the following responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Conduct sales initiatives, targeting hospitals, pharmacies and other healthcare centres across the agreed territory
- Directly contact principal decision makers of target industry to establish business opportunities and drive sales achievements
- Ensure the market development through regular contacts & visits to export markets
- Ensure implementation of quality and sanitation procedures set by the company.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
- Structure and draft proposals, including written materials, pricing and presentations
- Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activity in the territory to identify further commercial opportunities

Requirements

To be considered, you should be a degree holder with minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare account management, and with proven track record of outstanding sales achievements. Established connections with healthcare industries across Al Ain will be an advantage. Candidate must be willing to travel across UAE when and if required.
