Job Title: Sales Supervisor GT
Department: General Trade
Profession/Function: Customer Development.
Location:UAE
Main Job Purpose:
Is responsible & accountable for a channel in a particular region. Is the single point of contact - and responsible for the implementation of Channel plans and priorities.
Receives the plan for said region from the planning and development sales supervisor and implements the same.
Ensures achievement of value and volume targets through team and individual salesmen efforts.
Sets targets for NPS, volume distribution, innovation, visibility, etc. by salesmen.
Responsible for delivering growth, target achievement, development of team etc.
Key Accountabilities:
Achieve targets for the channel / Region.
Deliver goals - coverage and distribution plans.
Meet Volume and value share growth plans.
Lead perfect store and innovation plan roll out.
Annual BDA finalisation with top customers.
Team coaching and development.
Meet Debtor day’s targets and enhance cash business.
TMI control.
Reporting Channel:
Reporting into: GT Channel Manager AGU
Subordinate(s): Field / Van Salesman

Graduate, 3-5 years experience in General Trade FMCG sales
Valid UAE driving license
