Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Involved in supporting the Sales and Marketing functions
- Establish collaborative business relationship with the Sales organization, and other entities
- Lead the launch of the new online sales software that can assist in the sales process
- Lead the launch new sales training in coordination with the HR department for executives and managers to increase productivity
- Support the launch of new markets
- Respond and solve questions, concerns or needs from the sales organization regarding any cyber activity
- Provide roadmap of function deliverables and timetable for achievement
- Educate the field through communications, web ex meetings and conference calls regarding new products or initiatives
- Recommend and initiate process improvements based on evaluation of existing programs, processes, procedures and business needs.
- Utilize and provide data, metrics and system tools to ensure efficiency, ROI and to maximize and enhance internal/external customer experience. Identify problems, obstacles and opportunities and take action to address issues.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications, public relations or related field.
- Any certificates related to the profession
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and 'people skills'
- Confidence, motivation and determination
- The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to deal with rejection
- Attention to detail
- The ability to develop in-depth knowledge about your products and markets
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- Fluent in English and Russian
