Realiste AI offers a wide selection of real estate properties exclusively from institutional sellers, including developers, banks, funds, and companies. Our current focus lies primarily on residential properties, with a strong emphasis on new developments due to their suitability for online transactions. Founded in the UAE, we are expanding into new markets rapidly, with real estate data from over 110 cities worldwide and counting.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research to pinpoint and recruit potential sales experts.
- Organize and conduct meetings with potential candidates to gain insights into their aspirations, requirements, and motivations.
- Develop and present compelling job offers, highlighting the benefits and growth prospects of joining Realiste.
- Work closely with the sales team to gather feedback, enhance offers, and devise strategies to address challenges.
- Highlight the appealing aspects of our offer, guaranteeing at least two-fold increase over their current employment terms.
Showcase Realiste's impressive track record in successful online property sales to reinforce our credibility and potential.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + Performance Bonuses + Company Stock Options

Requirements

Skills Required:

- Proven success in headhunting or recruiting high-performing sales professionals.
- Skills of sales assessment, negotiation, and objection handling techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
