Position Title: Sales Team Leader
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus incentives and fuel allowance

About the Client:
A well-known distributor of hair care brands across Middle East.
Job Description:
• Maintaining contact with clients through market regular market visits to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and obtaining continuous feedback.
• Responsible for Stock Management of the assigned products.
• Development & Implementation of a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales, goals and profitability.
• Responsible for individual & team targets.
• Accountable for P&L of saloon division.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Female, 35 years old and below
• Arabic speaker is required
• At least 6 years of UAE experience in haircare & hair loss business; 3 years of which must be in a Team Lead or Managerial role.
• Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing or management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must have own car and valid UAE DL
