SAP Manager

Job description / Role

• To lead the SAP Project end-to-end, system integration of new business units & locations, new business system roll outs, initiatives & processes
• Working with management to propose, agree and deliver solutions to users within defined SLA’s

Lead and manage analysts & business partners to manage new systems roll-outs, new processes & new system led initiatives, including:
• Solution & Vendor evaluations
• Project Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling
• Project Risk Management
• Process Defining and Mapping
• New Initiatives - Coordination with IT team to implement SAP system across the organization.
• Master data in new roll-outs
• Ensure User testing and sign off of business processes
• Address new process issues
• Managing system Customization requests
• Test, analyze and maintain new software applications

• Ensure Delivery of Projects on time within Budgeted spend
• Provide a monthly written report to the Group IT Manager
• Work closely with IT Operations to provide Stable Maintenance and Backup
• Ensure that appropriate application configuration management & customization release management processes are in place and aligned with best practice
• Interacts with internal customers on all levels to help resolve system-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science / Engineering in Information Technology
• SAP certification
• Prior experience in full cycle SAP Implementations (all modules) – Min 3 years
• F&B/FMCG environment exposure
• Middle East experience can be added advantage

Functional Knowledge:
• Proven experience of managing IT applications teams and ERP roll-outs.
• Experience in systems planning, development methodologies & and business process management
