Job description / Role
Joining on an initial, extendable 18 month contract you will lead and project manage the implementation of “Success Factors” project within the organisation including both front-end and back-end, through provision of insights and decision making to projects core teams. Manage the SI and the PM team all through the project.
Establish implementation and project management methodology for the program and ensure it is being followed within the program.
Manage, through efficient integration and coordination, the time lines of the project so it is completed within project parameters viz. scope, on time, budget, risks, and stakeholder management and meet agreed project specifications to ensure total IT delivery and support.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of IT application implementation and development experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in implementing Success Factors projects.
- Experience leading large technology initiatives such as (ERP, BI) and setting up large programs with multiple work stream.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar discipline.
- PMP Certification/Six Sigma/Lean six sigma or other.
- Knowledge of Enterprise architecture.
