Position Title: School HR Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A respected school based in Dubai, following Filipino curriculum offering education for KG1 to Grade 10

Job Description:
• To support the Head of HR in the provision of high quality, efficient day to-day HR service for the school.
• Provide a timely, confidential, and efficient HR administrative service, focusing on staff recruitment processes, onboarding administration process from start to finish.
• Ensure appropriate communication and recordkeeping processes are followed to meet current industry and government regulations.
• Handle HR records data management, HR administration, employment documentation and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipino nationals
• Female, 25 to 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience working in a busy corporate set up
• Open to home country experience
