Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting multiple Scrum Masters on behalf of an industry leading organisation who are looking to innovate and drive forward their digital offering. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career working on visionary and technically advanced projects.
Requirements
Applications are sought from industry leaders in this area who have proven domain expertise in either mobile application projects or web application projects. These roles are essential components of multi-discipline Agile development teams and therefore you will offer tangible experience in coaching & mentoring multi-disciplinary teams in Agile best practice techniques. You will be highly articulate at senior level and be a real industry champion of Scrum Master tools & techniques. Expert in depth understanding of Agile principles is desired including Agile scaling techniques using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). You will have at least 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally 2-3 years working on delivering commercial mobile applications or web applications combined with 2 years of experience working in a Continuous Integration/DevOps environment. It is essential you have an excellent command of the English language and ideally hold a level 2 Scrum Master certification.
