Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos, forms various other documentations in professional English and Arabic.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary, if Receptionist not available.
- Manages CEO daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Take and transcribe dictation accurately.
- Review all communications submitted to the CEO’s signature/ approval.
- Organize and maintain effective physical and electronic filing of all outgoing and incoming mail of the CEO office, including quick and thorough indexing for ease of access and retrieval.
- Professional translation from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Perform typing and transcription duties as required.
- Maintain files and correspondence in accordance with established company procedures.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

- Must have atleast 3 years GCC experience
- Nationality Preference: Asian, European, Russian
- Language Skills: English (Fluent)
- Current Residence: Dubai
