You'll be responsible for ensuring the strategic alignment of technology systems and services with business requirements. This requires a critical understanding of how technology can be leveraged in order to meet the specific needs of a business. In addition, excellent communication skills are crucial in order to successfully address concerns or roadblocks that may arise.

Description
* Develop use cases and business intelligence dashboards by collaborating with the relevant stakeholders.
* Lead the academic applications team to identify and proactively address systems issues through active analytics and reporting mechanisms.
* Understand business requirements by liaising with unit heads, offering improvements or new services as necessary.
* Provide continuous support toward the learning and development of the application developers through technical advice and mentoring.

Requirements
* 8+ years system development experience, with 2-4 years in a managerial position leading small-to-medium sized teams.
* Hands-on experience working with Banner and Salesforce, and exposure to Blackboard.
* Experience working with analytical tools such as PowerBI or ArgosBI.
* Detail-oriented team leader with capacity to oversee multiple projects at once.
