You will be responsible for building and implementing a comprehensive security program that identifies, investigates, and remediates cyber threats before they can cause significant damage.

Description

* Lead and manage the Incident Response and Threat Hunting team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with organisational security objectives.
* Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans and procedures, ensuring timely and effective response to security incidents.
* Conduct proactive threat-hunting activities to identify and neutralise potential threats before they can impact critical systems and data.
* Analyse and investigate security incidents, determining root causes and taking appropriate corrective actions.
* Collaborate with other security teams and stakeholders to ensure a coordinated and effective response to cyber threats.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and trends, implementing new technologies and methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities.
* Develop and deliver training programs to security staff on incident response and threat-hunting best practices.
* Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

* Minimum of 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Proven experience in incident response and threat-hunting methodologies.
