About the Client:
A well-known luxury department store in Dubai
Job Description:
• Manage the sales team in order to enhance sales
• Guarantee the commercial quality of the sector
• Follow the standards of the service, implement them and push on his team for their implementation
• Make sure assigned section is well maintained and informs the maintenance department in case repairs are needed
• Make sure the items are presented correctly in a good way
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to European and Arabic nationals
• Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience on the same role
• Experienced in managing a big team, and handling products such as fragrance, cosmetics and skin care
• With experience dealing with suppliers and luxury brands
• Excellent understanding in P&L and KPI’s
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
