Security Supervisor

Job description / Role

Currently working with a large facilities management company in the UAE that are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to join their team.

The successful candidate will provide security management services to the project through supervision of and coordination with the nominated security subcontractor and, through implementation of security policies, protocols and procedures ensuring that service levels and response times are met.

The following experience is essential;
• Proven record of achievement.
• Strong experience in high education field is mandatory.
• Leadership and supervisory skills and experience is mandatory.
• Strong Customer services skills and experience.
• Risk Analysis.

Requirements

• Of graduate status, or High School Diploma with relevant qualifications and experience in the field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a supervision or managerial role the field.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Good supervisory management and leadership skills with ability to communicate well at all levels and the ability to make decisions and motivate the team.
• Possess good customer service skills.
• IT literate and ability to use IT related systems such as Access Control CCTV equipment.
