Multinational Company
NTS Group are working alongside a leading multinational in Dubai to recruit a Senior Accountant. Reporting into the Finance Director, the Senior Accountant will establish and maintain financial and management procedures while ensuring compliance with all internal standards. The SA will also be responsible for implementing best practice whilst meeting internal customer satisfaction goals and the company’s overall corporate strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Deputizing for Finance Director where appropriate.
- Monthly /yearly reporting in PU finance and feedback for sanities.
- Ensuring month end activities are performed relevant to reporting.
- Monitoring and reporting cash flow on weekly and monthly basis.
- Conducting Monthly finance meetings with department for AR follow up/ WIP/LD’s/Job Accruals.
- Preparing financial statements and coordinating with the auditors for audit reports/Planning etc.
- Monitoring & reporting of bank guarantee expiry dates and its headroom
- Preparing, Monitoring and control of CAPEX expenditure including monthly depreciation posting.
- Monitory insurance policy expiry dates, Invoice follow up and relevant reporting
- To ensure that all Internal Control Systems are enforced within company and analyze financial data and convert into meaningful management information
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- CA/CPA/CIMA or equivalent qualification and/or
- Quickbooks experience
- 3+ years relevant experience within a Finance Management role
- Treasury Management experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- General computer skills
