Senior Accountant Cum Rera Admin Up To 10k Aed For A Real Estate Developer In Dubai

• Knowledge of EPMS is an advantage
• Experience in handling Escrow accounts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/QuickBooks is a must
• Proficient user of OQOOD Portal
• Must have experience in admin activities related to the sale of properties (issuing SPA, using TAS system, etc.)
• Knowledge on accounting/auditing principles and procedures of Dubai Land Department/RERA

Requirements

• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, below 35 years old
• MBA in Finance/bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Commerce/any related course is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a real estate developer in Dubai is recommended
• Knowledge of EPMS is an advantage
• Experience in handling Escrow accounts
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Tally/QuickBooks is a must
• Proficient user of OQOOD Portal
• Must have experience in admin activities related to the sale of properties (issuing SPA, using TAS system, etc.)
• Knowledge on accounting/auditing principles and procedures of Dubai Land Department/RERA
• Excellent communication skills and Arabic speaker is a plus
• UAE Driving License is a must
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Salary is up to 10,000 AED plus medical insurance depending on experience and qualifications
