About the Job

To lead a multi-disciplinary team of Analysts having the responsibility of maintaining the computerized maintenance management and all Maintenance Function's Information Technology (MF-IT) systems respectively. The aim is to continuously improve and evaluate MF-IT systems' functionality and related business processes and analyse against end-user needs to determine development, implementation, utilization and proficiency of the changes along with the impacts and benefits.

Key Accountabilities

Management of the Technical Applications Section
- Develops and implements maintenance policies and procedures by working in partnership with Maintenance Function management and business owners.
- Ensures that the defined procedures and guidelines to guarantee the accuracy, quality and credibility of data and business processes in all MF-IT systems are in accordance with data standardization and governance requirements, in place and promptly updated.
- Ensures that the MF-IT systems (e.g. SAP PM, Meridium, Primavera, etc.) are effectively compliant with the requirements of the defined processes.
- Ensures that regular checks are done to the MF-IT systems (e.g. SAP PM, Meridium, Primavera, etc.) to assess the data accuracy, quality and credibility, and that proper action are taken to get the needed improvements in place.
- Ensures that the regular checks are done to the MF-IT systems' data and business processes, through surveys and audits, to guaranty that the policies and procedures are properly followed by all responsible persons in each of the Maintenance Departments.
- Promotes and manages knowledge development for team members in the established MF-IT systems to support the related business processes.
- Ensures that identified opportunities for improving business processes in the MF-IT systems are properly developed, implemented and documented.
- Ensures that training procedures, manuals and records for all MF-IT systems are up-to-date and easily accessible, and that Maintenance end-users are given required skills to utilize the systems according to defined requirements.

Performance Reporting/ KPI Monitoring
- Ensures that the monthly reports and other management information reports are produced.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements
- Higher Diploma (12+2) or equivalent technical qualification. Bachelor or Associate degree considered a plus. Years of experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience preferably in the oil, gas and/ or petrochemical industry and extensive experience in SAP PM and/ or QM modules, and in third-party computerized maintenance management systems.
