Job description / Role
- Develop the Architectural design drawings in Schematic, Design Development and Working Drawings, Specifications, Tender drawings/ documents and Contract drawings/ documents for assigned projects and obtain approvals.
- Estimates project(s) needs, schedules and manage CAD Technicians.
- Coordinates with other departments for over all progress of the project.
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor department for the preparation of Preliminary cost estimates.
- Review Bill of Quantities and Tenders evaluation.
- Attend progress meetings with the client, project management and other engineers to discuss progress of work.
- Follow up with different authorities and accordingly obtain the required No Objection Certificates (NOC) and permits.
Requirements
- University Qualifications: Bachelor in Architecture
- Other certifications obtained: Master or PHD is advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years experience with a consultant firms in UAE
- Specialist knowledge: Expert in using Revit, CAD, Indesign, Sketch-up and other graphical soft-wares (experience in Rhino is preferred).

- Ability to express ideas effectively, both orally and in writing.
