Requirements

Reporting to the Principle Architect you will be able to provide a strong strategic outlook on projects, providing leadership and direction to junior staff.

With your strong communication skills you will understand the importance of fulfilling the needs of the client, you will provide strong technical direction and will be entirely comfortable in implementing QA systems and monitoring staff performance. With your strong team ethos you will be an example and mentor to the rest of your team.

With a minimum of 15 years in the field you will have an understanding of the local codes of practice when building within the gulf, proposal writing, preparation of contracts and agreements and will be able to contribute your own innovative design practices to our current and future projects.

Ideally you will have a Bachelors degree in Architecture with additional post education in Project Management.
