Job Description:
• Sell coffee, coffee beans and equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.
• Prepare coffee drinks by following company recipes and preparation techniques.
• Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supplies, stocking coffee.
• Maintain and report par levels.
• Handle complaints in a professional and courteous manner and to provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements

Position Title: Senior Barista
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus centralized tips and service charge

Qualifications:
• 24 to 30 years old
• Minimum of 1 year UAE experience in a similar role
• Must have effective English communication skills
• Must have health and safety training
• Good knowledge of services SOPs
