Job description / Role
Triage is currently for a Sr. Business Development Executive for our Dubai office to manage the MENA market
You will be responsible for the developing revenue streams in MENA by managing the entire sales/demand generation process with our established enterprise Client, using your own client network across the region and building out a new pipeline across the region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is currently working as a Senior Recruitment Sales Consultant, or Business Development Manager based in the UAE.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and demand generation strategy and identify core markets (multiple industries available).
- Developing a good understanding of clients & building strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Maximize your sales, business development and network to develop new business from existing and new clients.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment, or IT Outsourcing sales environment selling into the MENA region is mandatory.
- Solid history and network of proven recruitment clients across the MENA region.
- Enthusiasm and passion for sales and delivering above and beyond the norm!
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own with limited supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory.
