Job description / Role
Hotel Data Cloud is a B2B technology company in the travel/hospitality industry facing rapid and global expansion. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager/Senior Sales & Partnership Manager to join our company based in Silicon Oasis. This is a highly autonomous role in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the company's founders, you will be responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining a sales plan & process, identifying new opportunities and negotiating strategic alliances & partnerships.
Your success within this role will be measured on your proactive nature and ability to source and win new business. A proven track record in B2B business development, sales and/or marketing is required. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills ideally in multiple languages, excellent presentation and brilliant personal organization. Leadership skills will give you the option to advance to a director position, establishing and directing a team as our business grows.
You will be responsible for the developing revenue streams by managing the entire sales/demand generation process, establishing your own network of sales partners and building out new pipelines.
Your tasks will include:
- Develop, organize and implement an effective sales plan
- Target hotel groups and negotiate master agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners
- Plan & manage business campaigns, attend events & exhibitions
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends, track sales, and generate management reports and forecasts to be aligned with
strategic planning and direction updates
- Over time and in line with the company's growth: Establish and direct a team
The package is:
- Salary AED 15,000/month
- Health Insurance
- Performance-based cash bonus up to 180,000AED/year
- Additional performance-based perks
About the Company
Hotels sell rooms through booking partners, but have no straightforward way to manage the information that is displayed about their property. And vice versa, booking sites without direct contracts, purchasing rooms through third party vendors such as bed banks and wholesalers, have no direct access to accurate hotel data and content that goes beyond pricing and availability.
Hotel Data Cloud (HDC) solves this problem by providing a central database that houses a hotel’s descriptions and photos, plus many additional data points. Hotels can simply update and publish this information to any booking site - instantly. The standardized data feed even lets hoteliers push temporary changes, such us undergoing renovations.
