Senior Category Manager - Food & Beverages

Job Purpose
Manage the key performance drivers of Food & Beverages across DXB and DWC to exceed Dubai Airports Strategic Targets through successful business planning with key accounts dealing within operations, finance, delivery, strategy and planning, marketing and other stakeholders. You must understand the dynamics and financial performance of F&B within an airport to analyse, budget and deliver Dubai Airports Concession Revenue and customer service targets.

Requirements

You should hold a degree qualification in Commercial, Economics, Finance or Business Management or related discipline. An MBA would be an advantage.

An understanding of the complexities and opportunities presented in the travel of F&B business and ability to apply this to positively impact Dubai Airports revenue and customer service satisfaction.

You should also have:
- Expert knowledge in Retail and Food & Beverages.
- Detailed knowledge of concession operations for the category across range, pricing, merchandising and staffing.
- Ability to extract, analyses and present insights into relevant commercial data.
- Adaptability and flexibility is key to success. to cope with the demands and complexity of the commercial organization.
