About the Client:
An international food & beverage company with high-end restaurant outlets in UAE
Position Title: Senior Chef De Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: up to 4K AED depending on the experience and qualifications plus company accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Description:
• Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
• Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
• Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
• Support sous chef in delivering required standard of food
• Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 y/o and below
• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience; French pastry experience is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
