Senior Commercial Director

Job description / Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our clients, an award-winning and established developer specializing in high-luxury projects globally who require a Senior Commercial Director to join their team in their Dubai office. 

This position will see the successful person based in Dubai but dealing with both local and international projects – therefore, international travel to projects on-site will be required.

The successful Senior Commercial Director will be offered:
- 55,000 – 60,000 AED
- Yearly bonuses
- Working or family visa
- Top healthcare cover
- Assistance and help with relocation costs and arrangements including flights to Dubai (should you currently be located outside of the UAE).

Senior Commercial Director requirements:
- UAE experience is essential
- Main contractor or developer background
- Strategic communicator, possessing influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in both pre and post contract
- Experience in leading or directing major and complex projects driving success through genuine strategic insight
- Knowledge and experience working on residential, commercial or hospitality projects

Salary:
AED 55,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications required:
- HNC, HND or Degree qualified in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Management, Construction Law, or similar / relevant discipline, or in some case applicants with an alternative background (e.g.: Engineering) may be considered.
- Professional qualifications and/or membership of the RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS or other relevant Chartered Institute would be ideal
