Senior Consultant and Auditor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant and Auditor to join our dynamic team at our Audit Firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, consulting, and financial analysis, with the ability to provide expert guidance to our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements for clients in various industries, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct risk assessments, analyze financial data, and provide strategic recommendations to improve internal controls and financial processes
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop tailored solutions to address their specific needs
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback to support their professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure our audit methodologies are aligned with the latest standards and requirements
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting audit findings and recommendations in a clear and professional manner, and building strong client relationships

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: - Work visa and other benefit as per UAE labor law, Company medical insurance, Salary & Commission to be discussed upon interview

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CA certification is required
- Proven experience as an auditor, preferably in a senior or supervisory role
- Thorough understanding of audit methodologies, principles, and practices
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
- 2 to 3 years experience in Audit Firm
